About this house rental

Villa Tirotti is immersed in a beautiful green park just a few minutes from the Cattolica A14 exit. The Villa is located in a strategic position between the beautiful hills and villages of the hinterland and the lively Riviera Romagnola. Characterized by an ancient and elegant style, Villa Tirotti is on two floors, with a large porch on the ground floor and surrounded by a large garden. An ideal location for families with children, couples and groups of friends, as well as a perfect setting for events and private parties. Excellent destination also for sports fans! A few kilometers away you can find Riviera Golf and Riviera Horses, the 'Marco Simoncelli' international motorcycle circuit, and endless routes for two-wheel enthusiasts.

Villa Tirotti is a splendid 1940s villa immersed in a large 8000 sq m park that offers an oasis of tranquility and privacy. Arranged over two floors, the villa consists of a ground floor which includes an equipped kitchen, dining room, lounge, a bathroom and a large porch of 100 square meters, ideal for outdoor dinners, barbecues and refreshments. Upstairs you will find 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms equipped with all services and 2 panoramic terraces. Pets are also allowed on the property.

Bellissima Villa Tirotti, luogo ideale per trascorrere qualche giorno e passare il capodanno con un gruppo di amici con bimbi. Casa calda e accogliente con tutto il necessario. Molto disponibili i proprietari per qualsiasi necessità. Luogo strategico per visitare castelli, bellissimi paesi, e l'acquario di Cattolica. Super consigliato a famiglie con bambini.
