This little apartment was wonderfully located in the Latin Quarter. I was able to stay out alone quite late and feel safe returning because it was right in the middle of things but not so that everybody sees you entering the building. The washer and hair dryer was much appreciated but make sure to bring your own soap as I don't think there was any supplied. I also dont think there was a pot to go along with the brewer they had but you can make it work without one. just a bit of a hassle.There are so many great options for eating in the area but check out Les Baux de Paris. The owners and staff are so lovely and welcoming.Overall, I would definitely return if I came alone to Paris again!

The place is in a beautiful part of Paris.Unfortunately, that is where the story ends.In the ad, it was not written that you have to go up a lot of stairs to get there, a very difficult job for young parents with kids and strollers. So, the description was not appropriate. The place is very small, not suitable for a family, maybe for a few friends only. The kitchen supplies and utensils were nonexistent and dirty.
