We find some of our guests prefer to use Uber or Lyft, which is a very convenient and cheap way to get around the city.

- The building features a central HVAC system that provides year-round comfort. Heating and cooling operate seasonally to keep the temperature pleasant. Guests can adjust the in-unit temperature within the range set by the building.
- Building maintenance staff may occasionally need access, but we’ll always provide advance notice whenever possible.
- Daily housekeeping isn’t included, though it can be arranged for an additional fee.
- Early check-in or late check-out may be available for $149 per service, depending on availability.
- We can provide parking for one vehicle for $69 per night. Please contact our team for more information.
- Package delivery availability may vary by building - message us for details.
- Date changes that shorten or move a reservation follow the standard cancellation policy.

- A refundable $500 security deposit is required.
- A valid government-issued ID and matching credit card must be provided before check-in.
- A short rental agreement will be sent electronically after booking.
- Some buildings may require a brief background check as part of management policy.
- Local residents (within two hours of the property) cannot book for same-day arrival.

This was the easiest stay I’ve had. All instructions on check-in were very helpful and seamless. Everything is done through your cell phone which makes the stress of having keys nonexistent. The place was clean and very comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again when I come back to Chicago.

Well appointed, as advertised. Clean, great location for Lincoln Park visit. Spotty noise levels but not a concern. Wonderful view, great communication with Envitae team. Thank you.

We found this property the week before our trip and due to location and cost, cancelled our other rental and rented this Unit. After back and forth communication with Anthony, we felt comfortable paying the full amount since it was after the refund cancellation date. The VRBO was so much more than we imagined. We felt so lucky to have found it. Check in was easy and the Latch app was easy to use. The Unit was very comfortable. A few issues with squeaky doors that need a little WD40 and a dishwasher that needs to be more efficient but overall would give this VRBO property a 5 stars and stay there again!
