This property is a real treat, perfect in every way! Upon ascending the spiral staircase, all we could say was, “wow”! The space is light-filled from the many skylights, the bedroom floor-to-ceiling windows, and the spectacular roof deck. The host keeps it super clean and has great taste in decorating. To top it off, Roscoe Village is one of the most charming neighborhoods in Chicago with wonderful restaurants and ample parking. Treat yourself to a special experience and stay at this VRBO!

This is an excellent location and apartment/loft. We selected it as we wanted to experience Chicago like a local resident Vs staying in a hotel room. Beautifully appointed loft with a large rooftop deck which overlooks the street. What you see in the photos is what you get - the appt is quite large with a nicely appointed kitchen (we did not cook though) and lounge area. Right out the front door there are a multitude of different restaurants with an excellent place right across the street for breakfast and Starbucks 100 yards from the property. We walked back from Wrigley field (1.5 miles) through some beautiful neighborhoods. It's a very safe area. I would highly recommend this property. The owner Jon, owns Volo restaurant and bar 2 stories below the loft appt and communicated very well with us including if we had an questions. Seamless check in and checkout experience. We will definitely be back!
