Casa Velunia is a welcoming two-story apartment situated in a central location, at a short distance from the shores of Lake Bracciano. It sleeps five people. From Casa Velunia you will enjoy a fascinating view of the historical center, of the Lake Bracciano and of the castle. Casa Velunia is 80 square meters (860 square feet). It features a panoramic private terrace with a view of the lake, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in the center of Bracciano, where you will find restaurants, shops, public transportation, the beach and the lake. You will find the closest restaurant at 200 meters (660 feet), a grocery store at 350 meters (380 yards), the bus stop at 150 meters (490 feet) and the beach at 1.8 km (roughly 1.1 miles).
Casa Velunia is located on the second floor of a three story building. You will reach it from the main entrance of the building going up approximately 35 stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Casa Velunia. If you do have one, you will be able to park it for a fee, along the public roads (the actual distance might vary depending on the availability of parking spaces).

The terrace is 80 square meters (860 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a roof and by a pergola. It is equipped with sofas and armchairs, as well as with tables and chairs. Here you will also find a barbecue. At your disposal there will be a washing machine (hidden in a cabinet). From the terrace you will enjoy a spectacular view of the Lake Bracciano and castle.
Verandah
The ceiling of the verandah is sloped and has an height of 2 meters (6.6 feet) at its lowest point. Is equipped with a sofa and two armchairs, and you will find a smart TV. In the verandah you will find a cooking area. This area is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a kettle, and the dining table can accommodate four guests. From the verandah you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the Lake Bracciano and castle and of the terrace.
Half bath
The half-bath is equipped with a washbasin and a toilet. You will be able to enter it from the verandah. Bottom LevelLiving Room
The living room is paved with characteristic majolica tiles. The furnishings are an ecclectic but pleasing mix of styles, featuring a suspended chandelier, and include two armchairs. There is a nice fireplace, for decorative purposes only. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a two-burner gas cooker, a small refrigerator without freezer, a microwave oven and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate four guests. The room has two windows.
Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed) and a single bed (80 cm/32 inches), located on the mezzanine level. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a small balcony through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, tiled with lucid white and green majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower and a hairdryer.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a desk. In this room you will find a television (local channels). The room has a window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom 1
The first bathroom is small and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom through a corridor.
Bathroom 2
The second bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom through a corridor.
