Abbiamo prenotato questa casa con mia moglie e altri 3 nostri amici, perché eravamo stati invitati a un matrimonio a Bracciano.
La struttura era assolutamente perfetta. Pulitissima e profumata, ristrutturata, molto curata nelle decorazioni con oggetti di antiquariato, cucina ben attrezzata, biancheria dei letti nuove e ben lavate.
Appena arrivati, la macchina ha avuto un guasto alla batteria.
Da quel momento la nostra host, Marta e il suo compagno Alessandro ci ha accolto calorosamente e si sono subito prodigati per cercare in tutti i modi di aiutarci nel vano tentativo di far ripartire la macchina, (spinta, cavi... Ecc...), purtroppo senza successo. Alla fine di loro iniziattiva hanno chiamato i taxi locali (non disponibili)... Hanno chiamato direttamente l'Agriturismo del ricevimento e hanno fatto arrivare un ragazzo dello staff, che ci portato finalmente sul luogo.
Il giorno successivo, Alessandro ha provato perfino a scambiare la batteria dell'auto con quella di una macchina che avevano ferma nel parcheggio, per cercare di non farci pagare il caro-attrezzi e tornare a Roma (nulla da fare...la macchina era morta) — una gentilezza incredibile!
Dopo una situazione così stressante, soggiornare nella loro casa accogliente è stato un vero sollievo.

Alles wundervoll, drinnen wie draußen (wenn auch etwas viele Dinge, die potentiell zu Bruch gehen können bei Urlaub mit (Klein-)Kindern.
Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich, auch wenn die Kommunikation über die Booking App nicht gut funktioniert hat, was aber der App geschuldet war.
Deshalb am Besten gleich telefonisch alles besprechen 😉
Total ruhige Lage, obwohl mitten in der Kleinstadt. Und Parkplatz vor dem Haus!
Auch für Ausflüge nach Rom mit Park&Ride super geeignet!

Die Holzstufen sind zwar wunderschön, aber für Kleinkinder bzw. auch aufgeweckte Größere etwas gefährlich. Man muss eben schauen, und wie immer bei Kindern, auf's Beste hoffen 😁
Geschirrtücher waren keine da, wir sind aber nicht dazu gekommen danach zu fragen. Da sonst alles da war, wurden sie wahrscheinlich bei dieser Gelegenheit nur vergessen. Aber das ist echt eine Kleinigkeit.

Lovely well provided apartment and an excellent very friendly host who went out of her way to assist with restaurant recommendations. Great location with on site parking available, easy walking distance from the centre.
The fact that there is no A/C, but this is not the fault of the owner as regulations do not allow this equipment to be installed in the old buildings. The owner has provided multiple electric fans, which alleviates the problem to some degree.
