- The building features a central HVAC system that provides year-round comfort. Heating and cooling operate seasonally to keep the temperature pleasant. Guests can adjust the in-unit temperature within the range set by the building.
- Building maintenance staff may occasionally need access, but we’ll always provide advance notice whenever possible.
- Daily housekeeping isn’t included, though it can be arranged for an additional fee.
- Early check-in or late check-out may be available for $149 per service, depending on availability.
- We can provide parking for one vehicle for $69 per night. Please contact our team for more information.
- Package delivery availability may vary by building - message us for details.
- Date changes that shorten or move a reservation follow the standard cancellation policy.

- A refundable $500 security deposit is required.

Staying here was a great experience! No where else in the city could our family of 6 stay at this price for the amount of space we had. The location was perfect and the place was clean and spacious. There were some minor issues, but nothing that ruined our stay and I’m sure any of these will be resolved as time goes on. The only thing I would change is having to meet someone in order to get into our place. That’s part of the Vrbo experience that you can arrive in your own time and get into your place without having to physically check in. Thanks for a great stay!
