Summary:
Looking to rent multiple units in the same building and have access to 100% of the units in the building? This is your listing! When renting this building, you will get 3 separate apartments all in 1 building! That means, 3 full kitchens, 3 laundry rooms, 5 bedrooms AND 5 Baths!
This place was FULLY remodeled for one purpose - to host AirBnb guests like yourself! It is designed with you in mind! We don't just rent our place out when it's convenient.
The Space:
We know Chicago and we know what you want! Location was the #1 factor in our decision to purchase this property so that we could provide our guests the best experience possible!
We knocked down and redesigned the kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, brand new cookware, dishes, silverware etc. We also gut rehabbed both bathrooms, installing high end granite and tile surround in the tub/showers. We left nothing un-turned.
BRAND NEW beds and mattress's (and of course linens)
BRAND NEW leather couches, kitchen table, TV etc. You name it, it's new!

You will receive check in instructions 1 hour prior to arrival.
The Neighborhood:
You will be staying in the famous Lincoln Park neighborhood which is the hottest neighborhood in Chicago right now and for good reason. It's bustling with business which means there are literally over 100 bars, restaurants, breakfast spots, coffee shops, pizza joints (Chicago knows it's pizza) and late night places to grub all RIGHT OUTSIDE YOUR DOOR!
Want to catch a Cubs game or checkout famous Wrigleyville? We're less than 1 mile away!
Lake Michigan and the famous Lincoln Park Zoo (which is FREE) are less than 1 mile away
Getting Around:
You'll have access to all of Chicago with the Brown Line EL (train system) stop less than 1 block away and it only costs $2.25!
If Uber is your thing, you're not far from anything in the city so most rides are less than $10.

We stayed at Dan's listing for a friends weekend in the city. There were 11 of us and the space was perfect. All three units that come with the listing were very clean and offered ample space, bathrooms & beds. The location made it very easy to get around, being just two blocks away from the L and having a major intersection near by helped get us from place to place. The host was a great communicator and made the check in process easy and the check out process was well documented.

No direct parking for the building was slightly frustrating, however if coming to the city via train or airplane this is no issue. The check in process was a bit taxing as two of the four codes provided in the itinerary were incorrect. The host was very responsive in getting myself the correct codes though.

All of our guests were very satisfied with the cleanliness and location of this property. The beds were SUPER comfy. Check in was very easy. Would absolutely recommend this property to anyone visiting Chicago with a group as it’s in a great location and is very affordable.

Our OSU group stayed the weekend and the location could not have been any better. There were 3 separate, very clean and spacious units. Each had multiple bedrooms. We had more than enough space and privacy for our party of 10. We walked to Wrigley about a mile away from the centrally located house. No need to Uber if you dont mind walking a little. Plenty of coffee, linens, etc. We would certainly come back!
