Lucia Cozy Flat at few steps by Lake Como

Host was friendly and cooperative. Room was spacious and well located. Close to a big supermarket and some nice local trattorias.

There was an unpleasant smell from the drain in the bathroom. The bar downstairs gets noisy late at night.

Schöne Wohnung, bequemes Bett, sehr nah am See, auch wenn nicht direkt in Innenstadtnähe (Entfernung trotzdem laufbar), kostenlose Parkplätze in der Nähe, Fähranleger in unmittelbarer Nähe, witzige Anleitung, per Video, zur Übermittlung des Eingangscodes & zur Erklärung der Wohnung, Flasche Secco zur Begrüssung

- Seeblick war nicht wirklich vorhanden - Dusche lief schlecht ab - grösster Kritikpunkt: es wurde auch eine Option mit Frühstück angeboten, die wir gebucht und auch bezahlt haben. Erst nach der Buchungsbestätigung hat sich herausgestellt, dass es sich bei dem Frühstück jew. um 2 Voucher á EUR 5,-/Pers./Tag in der Bar vom Supermarkt nebenan handelt (ausreichend f. 1 Cappu & 2 Hörnchen). Wir legen im Urlaub aber wert auf ein ausgiebiges Frühstück. Hätten wir dies vorher gewusst, hätten wir die Wohnung nicht gebucht. Hier war die Beschreibung des Frühstücks also mehr als irreführend.

Close proximity to supermarket, restaurants and the ferry into Como. Free car parking across the road was excellent. Heating was good and bonus having a washing machine. Fully equipped kitchen. Host was great to deal with.

- The cocktail bar downstairs (Il Movente) open daily until 05:00 am! Every night the street was full of people making a lot of noise and scandal, impossible to sleep!!! - Construction work all day long, right in front the house. Trucks, noise... very annoying - The shower is a little small - First floor but no elevator
