Świetna lokalizacja na starówce Cernobbio. Blisko do restauracji. Sklep /lidl/ w odległości 10-15 min. Blisko przystanek autobusu do Como lub na północ wzdłuż jeziora (C10). Apartament z historycznym budynku, po remoncie. Czysto, minimalistycznie.
Okna nie są najlepiej wyciszone - słychać gości restauracji zlokalizowanej tuż obok - ale to konsekwencja historycznej zabudowy (stare okna) i lokalizacji w centrum.

De locatie is erg mooi, maar wanneer men met de auto is dan kan dit nog wel voor uitdagingen zorgen i.v.m. erg weinig parkeerplaatsen vlakbij. Deze zijn ook allemaal betaald tussen 09:00 en 19:00 uur. Er is aan het begin van het dorp een grote parkeerplaats op 15 minuten loopafstand. Het appartement is prima en ruim genoeg voor 4 personen. Vanaf het balkonnetje is er een pitoresk uitzicht. Het Comomeer is om de hoek evenals restaurants.
