The Cocoonr agency offers for rent, in Pléneuf-Val-André, this magnificent apartment which overlooks the beach (direct access), with a surface area of 45 m² and which can accommodate up to 2 travelers. Located on the 1st floor (with elevator), it consists of a pretty living room of 25 m² which extends with a balcony, an equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom with 4* hotel quality bedding, and a bathroom (with shower).
Completely renovated, carefully decorated and equipped with Wifi, this apartment offers a unique experience thanks to its breathtaking view of the sea.
At low tide, take advantage of 2.5 km of fine sand to walk, stroll or go fishing on foot to the islet of Verdelet. At high tide, the sea touches the dike: in calm weather, it feels like you're on the edge of a lake; When the wind picks up, the waves crash against the sea wall and gush above the light fixtures, offering a striking spectacle.
