About this house rental

This holiday house, with a sea view in the municipality of Ploubazlanec, is close to Pors-Even Harbour and Paimpol in the Côtes d'Armor region in Brittany. Surface: 170-m². It can accommodate up to nine people. There are four separate bedrooms: a bedroom on the ground floor (a 140-cm double bed) with en-suite bathroom, and three bedrooms upstairs (two with a 140-cm bed, one with a 160-cm bed and a 90-cm bed) There is also an upstairs bathroom (shower) with a toilet. Equipped kitchen: two induction hob, two-ring gas cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available. There are terraces, a veranda (with sea view) and a 1500-m² walled garden. The house is located in the Ploubazlanec municipality just above Launay Bay, five minutes on foot from the sea and looks out onto Brehat Island. During the summer months, it is possible to go out to sea with the owner.

Cette location est idéalement située pour découvrir Paimpol, Île de Brehat, Pontrieux... tout est à moins de 15km. De belles balades pour profiter de la Bretagne. Superbe vue sur mer depuis le séjour et les chambres. Idéal du petit déjeuner à l'apéritif ! 2 terrasses, l'une ombragée, l'autre au soleil. Bref, chacun y trouvera son bonheur !
