Gorgeous room with antique furniture and an amazing chandelier! The bed was huge with a wonderful mattress. The bathroom was large and convenient for travelers. The owner was extreely helpful and knowledgable.
There are a lot of stairs to get to the room...it was okay for us, but might be a problem for those with knee problems.

De gastheer Ricardo is ontzettend behulpzaam, een vriendelijke man die heel fier is op z'n stad en er veel over kan vertellen. Daarenboven geeft hij zeer interessante tips aangaande te bezoeken authentieke winkels, cafés, restaurants, wandelroutes etc. De kamer is ingericht met mooie antieke meubelen en heeft een heel comfortabel bed.

Location is perfect for exploring Venice on foot, the owner shared great local recommendations and tips. Appreciated the complementary water bottles, it's a cool idea to help reduce bottled water consumption. Not much sound proofing in the apartment, but I didn't hear people making noises and the bed was very comfortable
About 20-30 minutes walk from the train station, if you have heavy luggage be prepared to lug them up and down a few stairs/bridges

Location. Bed. Bathroom. Coffee. Silent area (dependent on the other guests). Room with venetian history. Host ready to help and advice.
Just a note: not convenient for families with a small kids, due to the presence of valuable historical furnitures...
