No breakfast is supplied but there is a shared kitchen and a supermarket 2 mins away.
Had difficulty making the small ring on the stove work (for the coffee), however the others worked as expected, so it wasn't a problem.

good location. friendly and reliable staff. overall clean and organized. there were coffee, tea, some breakfast items for the guests. stores and restaurants are near by. easy check in and out. room and the overall set up were cute like old Italian home. it is a safe area.
we were on the street floor and because it was hot, we opened the windows. it gets loud until 12am. also due to thin walls, you can hear loud guests from kitchen and slamming doors. other than there was no problem.
