The apartment is pleasant, furnished in a traditional, antique style and located in the centre of Sutrio, just a few metres from a public parking area. The cleanliness of the apartment is at a very high level, and communication with the owner is very easy (via WhatsApp). The apartment also offers a sauna, which is a great feature during the winter months.
Although the antique-style furniture gives the apartment its character, quite a few pieces of equipment are already rather worn out. The kitchen equipment is also quite limited (plates, glasses, forks, knives and spoons). The cutting board was very worn, and all the frying pans had damaged non-stick coating. The beds are basically just wooden frames with a metal mattress base inside, and they creak a lot whenever you move. The mattresses are also very old and worn. The same applies to the blankets, which are mostly quite old. The lounge chairs in the living room are a bit torn, which is why they are covered.
Another downside is that the house does not have Wi-Fi, and the mobile signal was very weak in our case, which made it difficult to use the internet. This is normally not a priority for us on holiday, but since we stayed there during the Winter Olympics and it was not possible to watch the ski jumping competitions on TV, this was quite a disadvantage for us at that time.

Location was great, close to Zoncolan, the gas station and shops. The neighborhood is calm and quiet. We had everything we needed. We easily agreed on the arrival and departure times, and we received all the necessary instructions in advance.
The kitchen cabinets needed a little more attention in terms of cleanliness.
