Molto grande e spazioso. sono stato con un'altra coppia di amici che stava all'appartamento sopra al nostro ma di fatto avevamo tutto l'edificio (da Aurora). La casa è dotata di riscaldamento autonomo pertanto non fa parte di quelle realtà dove il gestore comanda la temperatura e per risparmiare ti tiene ghiacciato. L'ho usato per andare a sciare sullo Zoncolan, non è troppo distante. Giù per la discesa, sulla destra c'è un ampio parcheggio. Non è adiacente ma non è neanche lontano.
Ho parcheggiato nell'ingresso di una casa che sta davanti al cancelletto per scaricare l'auto e poi sono andato a parcheggiarla lì. Di mattina, in inverno, il sole ti scalda l'auto.
Struttura, mobili, bagni, arredi, non sono molto nuovi ma stanno ancora tra il min e il max. Potrebbero ammodernarli. A prima vista sembra tutto piuttosto pulito ma andando a vedere meglio si potrebbe migliorare. Alle 7 di mattina (e poi credo tutto il giorno) suonano le campane. Ma suonano alla grande, sembra un concerto. A me non da fastidio ed oltretutto di solito mi sveglio sempre a quell'ora, però se siete dei dormiglioni rassegnatevi. La TV non funzionava, era inutile.

The staff is fenomenal,very kind, most helpfull, the apartment was spot on, very big, spaceous,had everything that you need,shop is just around the corner, Zoncolan is 15 minutes drive up the mountain,and we had snow all the time😎 will come again.
I bit more dusting,web removing….but not that serious.

Nach dem 2. Anlauf!! haben wir doch noch ein schönes, helles Appartement in einer für uns noch dazu optimalen Lage bekommen...Dieses Appartement ist für zwei Personen, gerade auch für Ältere ideal, da ebenerdig, hell und grosszügig, und Parkplatz direkt vor dem Hause...
Für 3 Erwachsene und einem Baby haben wir eine für einen längeren Aufenthalt nicht entsprechend geeignete Ersatzunterkunft bekommen, anders als von gebucht (Bienenbefall?!), und somit als Alternative (zwei Zimmer mit zwei Bädern gewünscht) nur bedingt geeignet. Die ausziehbare Couch im Wohnraum ist für einen längeren Aufenthalt unbequem und störend. Das wurde in einem Preisnachlass doch freundlicherweise berücksichtigt.
Dieses Appartement ist aber für zwei Personen - gerade auch für Ältere - ideal und empfehlenswert, da ebenerdig und grosszügig.
