The apartment is located on the second floor of a villa in the hinterland of Chiavari and consists of: entrance hall in the large living room with sofa bed for two people, a large fully equipped kitchen, a master bedroom with king size bed, wardrobe four seasons , console and armchair, a double room with built-in wardrobe, a console and two chairs, two bathrooms, one with shower, laundry area, large terrace, a second terrace where you can spread the laundry. Each room is equipped with TV, air conditioning and internet; electricity, water, gas and internet are free. Outside the covered parking and the garden are completely fenced, there is a barbecue, a large ping-pong table, a gazebo and a porch.
The shops, pharmacy, church, tennis court, bar, pizzeria and restaurant are only one km from the property.

Très jolie maison avec un superbe extérieur, barbecue, table, vraiment très sympa. L'appartement est très grand et bien climatisé à 20 minutes de chiavari pour le train vers les 5 terres.
Merci pour l'accueil et les renseignements, vraiment super.
Un bon petit séjour.

Um Dusche hat Pilz angesetzt ! Kleiderschränke müffeln !
(haben Kleider im Koffer gelassen !!!) Hunde die jeden Nacht
punkt 5 Uhr bellen ! (Hundezucht im Nebenhaus )
Sind 3 Tage füher Abgereist & Glücklich zuhause zu sein ohne Bettwanzen ....
die grösse der Wohnung & Balkon sind Toll !
