Lovely and warm as it was November. Extremely comfortable, kitchen facilities excellent. Loved the pool table etc. Great position for restaurants for all budgets.
The entrance round the back might put some off but once inside it's great. Some problems with paying the deposit but owner sorted it promptly.

Alley way filthy and people hanging round. Lots of rubbish outside.

The pool table room was a hit with the kids! The beds were super comfy, bedrooms very spacious. Lots of lovely Peak District spots to visit within a short drive and the entertainment complex is a must visit with kids, Hollywood Bowl in particular was great fun!
First impressions of location were skeptical at first but turned out completely fine

Good amount of space
Outside areas were scruffy, this was mentioned in the guide. Broken blind in bathroom, pool table was a good USP but wasn’t great in reality.
