Great location and plenty of space - great value for such a short walk from the centre
A little hard to get the TV working, and some of the decor was slightly tired, although neither was a problem

Location: near city center, near stadium, near shops ..
The house: more than enough beds for the whole family of 5.
carpark: readily available
The rooms at lower floor (Living room, Dining, kitchen) was quiet chilly on the 1st and 2nd day. They become warmer & comfortable later days. The rest of the rooms are nice & warm. Thats all.

The property had ample space and the colours were all matching. Nice prints on the walls. Bathroom was a good size and had shampoo, conditioner and shower gel plus a hairdryer. Nice towels and plenty of them. Good size bedrooms with nice clean bedding. Heating worked well and lots of hot water.
Some of the rooms could do with a refresh of paint and some minor repairs or upgrades. The toilet door on the top floor didn't shut, and the door hinges could do with some WD40. One of the taps in the top floor bathroom didn't work, so no hot water to wash your hands.
There wasn't a welcome book, like you get in other properties. This would have been helpful to supplement the instructions sent via Booking.com for how to working the heating, whether to strip the beds etc.
