The hotel has a great location and really easy to find. It wasn't necessary to use the paid parking as there was plenty of on street parking. The hotel appeared quite empty so I was surprised to be put in an accessible room on the ground floor, however the facilities and cleanliness were excellent.
The receptionist was indifferent upon our arrival, not very welcoming. We arrived at 2.15pm and check in was 3pm. As the hotel appeared empty we requested an early check in which was refused, instead the receptionist watched as I took work phone calls in the hotel lobby until 3pm. Our request was not unreasonable especially as the room was ready. This has not been the same service we have experienced at other Premier Inns throughout Germany.

Clean, comfortable, pleasent
Inhospitable blonde girl from reception. We did not get the room we paid for and ordered. I booked and paid for a standard quadruple room(2 single beds and 1 large double bed). When we arrived, she first gave us a room with one bed and a some sofa, then I went to tell her that it was not the room I ordered and paid for, and I got the answer that she couldn't give us that room because it was a family room and there were 2 of us, even though I paid and reserved that specific room. After that she gave us another room which again was not the one i booked.
