After a few steps, you can walk down quietly to the beaches of Gulf-Juan by a passage that we will show you.
Just a few minutes on foot to:
- To the centre of Gulf-Juan, its local shops and restaurants.
- Walk on the port, admire yachts or rent a boat for a day at sea.
- To reach the beautiful islands of Lerins and their turquoise waters, from the port of Gulf-Juan and by shuttle or renting your own boat.
A few minutes' drive is enough for:
- To Cannes, Palm Beach.
- Walk on the mythical Croisette, between luxury shops, palaces and sandy beaches.
- Join the city centre of Cannes in 10 minutes to make a stop on Rue d'Antibes, rue Hoche, or walk in the Suquet, the old district of Cannes.
- To reach the center of Antibes, and discover the old town, its port, the famous Cape of Antibes.
To make your life easier:
Ask us what you'd like, but above all a driver, a piece of cleaning, a table in a restaurant... We have a concierge service to fulfill your most rational and practical wishes.

Visitor parking for a few places in the residence. A closed garage included in the rental.
Linen provided (sheets, towels, bath mats, towels...)
The essentials of your daily arrival (freezer shower, shampoo, coffee, water...)
Concierge service at your disposal throughout your stay.
Departures are made until 11am and arrivals from 4pm (flexible according to our availability of course, do not hesitate to tell us if you want to arrive before or leave later, we will do so with pleasure whenever possible).
Arrivals can be made in person until 7:00 p.m.
Late arrival until 22:00 on request and extra.
Beyond these times arrivals are made only on key box.
All the key boxes are located in front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal June in Cannes, and the keys will therefore have to be recovered at this address for all arrivals in keybox.
We inform you that in order to finalize any reservation, secure external links are sent to you as part of our internal organization.
