L'accueil et les bons conseils de Viktor.
La piscine et la localisation de l'appartement dans une résidence très bien entretenue.
La place de parking privative.
Appartement au dernier étage avec une grande terrasse

Le ménage pourrait être un peu plus poussé entre 2 locations.
Appartement plutôt équipé pour 2 personnes que pour 4 pour un long séjour (vaisselle qui oblige à lancer le lave-vaisselle tous les jours, 3 tabourets)

Viktor was very interactive and welcoming. Very helpful with my arrival and a car full of suitcases. The information and tour were great. The apartment was compact and had everything required for a SC stay. Newly refurbished, it seemed, bathroom and a fantastic shower. The balcony was spacious and welcoming with table, chairs and plants to make a good surrounding. Sun in the morning, shade in the afternoon. A 5-minute walk to the beach, and parking is readily available.
Please note, these are "my opinion only" for what I required, but in no way lessens the quality of the apartment, which was very good. The AC unit is in the living room, so the bedroom, which is very small, didn't get the full effect, so I ended up buying a fan. The pool was in the next building on the roof and didn't have any sunbeds, so great for swimming in but not to sunbathe, unless you take your own chairs.
