Mediterranean apartment with home theater

Beatifully set out comfortable apartment which met all our requirements. Host was very friendly and even come through for us when we requested softer pillows.

This is a lovely apartment in a fantastic location, just a few metres from the train station and only a short walk into the centre of Bodegraven. The apartment is very spacious, modern design and the added bonus of the home theatre and jacuzzi bath. Found the apartment to be very clean on arrival and check in was very straightforward with easy instructions sent by the owners. Also, a few sweets and other helpful items provided for your use. Had a lovely, comfortable stay and would certainly return 😊.

Overall, the apartment is pretty much perfect. The following comments are not meant as a criticism...just a few suggestions to make this place even more perfect (some of which have been mentioned in previous reviews). The home theatre system does sometimes seem to be possessed as it can switch itself on randomly and also change the channels! We returned back after a long day out once to find it had done this plus the volume was quite high. How long it had been like this we don't know but certainly was a surprise when we returned. Actually thought someone else was in the apartment as we came up the stairs! Resolved this by unplugging it each time we left and overnight to prevent a repeat. Just wondering if the remote being used in the apartment above is causing this? Might be worth looking into. Secondly, some of the pillows on the bed are somewhat oversized. Some people may not mind this but I do think that most would prefer normal size ones of different firmness. Thirdly, more storage space for clothes is definitely needed! There is not a hanger in the place and no wardrobe or hanging areas anywhere except the few coat hooks in the entrance. A fitted wardrobe with some drawers would be ideal maybe? Finally, I wasn't 100% certain on how to adjust the heating thermostat and when I messaged about this, I just got told that you can adjust the thermostat, not HOW to do it! Some instructions may be good. As I said before, not criticisms, just positive suggestions for a more perfect place to stay 😊

Ietwat last van de bovenburen. Overdag lastig dmv beamer iets te kijken ivm buitenlicht

De mooie ruimte, de gemakken, en mogelijkheden

Bij het tv kijken(overdag) zijn de gordijnen net iets te licht en kan je het beeld niet goed zien.
