Well located B&B. There is no check in as such as access codes for the doors and the room key safe are sent to you a day or so in advance via text, which worked fine. There is a pay and display car park just up the road but make sure you use the Rotherham council one and not the private one opposite the B&B. Easy access to Rotherham centre via foot. Also the road the B&B is on is full of shops / take away food places so you are spoilt for choice. Room was very comfortable and there was no noise from either inside or outside. Everything in the room worked fine. TV is hooked up to the Internet so you can only watch certain channels but that wasn’t an issue as we were not bothered by that.
Only thing that I can criticise was that there were no tea / coffee making facilities in the room and the machine in the reception area had no cups in.

Kettle in the room will do.
The room and bathroom is modern beautiful but the bedding was dirty,hair on the floor and in the bedding

Clean, very.
No parking at all despite it listed as free parking.
Bedding sucks, I take my own blanket when I stay. Its clean, just bad.

The room was very clean. And modern
It was quiet and had a good rest
I didn’t see any staff until I was leaving.
There were no cups available near the hot drink machine.
The room was freezing and there was no heating in the bathroom 🥶
And sorry but the entrance was so hard to find
