Staff incredibly helpful. Room spacious and clean. Bathroom door did not shut properly without something weighted against it.

Just what I wanted: an old hotel with a bit of character and a warm welcome. Bathroom was a bit ‘tired’ but clean with soft towels. Comfy bed, warm room, enough storage for a short stay.
Actual keys on a big wooden fob instead of horrid plastic cards that stop working was appreciated.
Had to ask for a hairdryer but wasn’t a problem.
