The house has three double rooms, one single room, and three sofa-beds in the lounge, so there is plenty of room. There are lots of off-road parking spaces. There was a kitchen-diner and a utilities room/pantry. There were two modern bathrooms. There is a Tesco Extra just a short walk away, Aldi, and other stores are a short drive away.
The house wasn't very clean. The internet was poor, and this meant that the TV didn't work. The washing machine would not stop running and got very hot, so we turned it off because we worried it would catch fire. The owners did not respond to our questions about these problems. The radiators badly needed bleeding, so they didn't work well (fortunately, it was a warm September). Sholing is not the nicest area of Southampton, but we knew that when we booked.
