Villa One Oak is the perfect villa for a dream vacation with family and friends in Dalmatia. Located on the island of Vir near Zadar, this stylish villa for a maximum of 10 guests offers everything you could possibly want for a break from everyday life: the sea at your fingertips, a refreshing private pool, an outdoor jacuzzi and a wellness area with sauna and fitness equipment. The attractive outdoor area of Villa One Oak with its 40m2 pool is the place where you will spend most of your time with your loved ones. Soak up the Croatian sun on one of the comfortable sun loungers or relax with a cool drink in the shade of the covered terrace while lunch is prepared by the family chef on the charcoal grill. Watch the stars in the evening while you relax in the Jacuzzi or organize table football or darts tournaments with the kids. The modern, fully air-conditioned interior is open and bright yet cozy, so you won't be short of comfort. The first floor consists of a living area, fully equipped kitchen and dining area as well as a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower. The games room and the wellness area with sauna are on the same level. 4 comfortable bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, on the upper floor promise restful nights. Two of the bedrooms have comfortable double beds, while the other two have 2 single beds each. Each bedroom has a TV and air conditioning for maximum comfort. Take a walk to the Kastelina fortress, visit the famous salt works in Nin or have fun zip-lining in the adventure park in Kozino. Be sure to plan a day in the historic city of Zadar. Stroll through the narrow streets, listen to the sea organs and enjoy local specialties in one of the many restaurants. Historical sites such as the Roman Forum, the Church of St. Donat and the Square of 5 Fountains will tell you more about the history of this beautiful city, to which you will certainly want to return soon.
