About this villa rental
Villa Privlaka **** is a very beautiful and cozy place (210m2), located in Privlaka, 20 km away from Zadar and 5 km away from Nin. The holiday house has 2 swimming pools, 4 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, a kitchen and 4 bathrooms. One of the bathrooms includes a sauna. Villa Privlaka is ideal for large families or groups of friends and offers a high degree of privacy. It is just 3 minutes from the first beach (150m). It is a great choice for guests interested in sandy beaches, especially appropriate for children.
Whole house comes equipped with a full kitchen with new and modern household appliances (oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster…) flat-screen cable television, and air conditioning. One living room offers you a great place for entertainment where playing table football and PlayStation 4 is always a good idea. You can prepare delicious outdoor meals on a barbecue next to the pool. The terrace is equipped with a huge garden furniture with big table and deckchairs.
For young children, a kids bed and chair are also available. Also, there is a small kitchen for playing.
Whole house was renovated in 2018 with nice and quality materials.
Small pets are allowed.
The price also includes laundry facilities (washing machine, iron, ironing-board),towels and bed linens(weekly change), taxes, electricity, final cleaning and the wood for the fireplaces.
Except for parking spaces on the plot, there are also 2 parking spaces by the house.
We recommend day trips to national parks (Kornati, Paklenica, Krka, Plitvicka Jezera and Northern Velebit) as well as nature parks or sightseeing historical attractions of the towns of Zadar, Sibenik, Trogir and Split. For those who like physical activity, there is a bicycle trail which connects Privlaka with neighboring places.
The rental week is from Saturday to Saturday. Minimum stay is 7 nights.
