About this apartment rental

The 3-room apartment with approx. 70 m2 is located on the top floor of the two-family house and consists of a large bedroom with 2 beds and a small bedroom with 1 bed, a living and dining room with integrated kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, electric stove, fridge and coffee machine. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, WC and washbasin. TV and W-LAN are available. Bed linen and towels are provided.

The balcony is on the south side and accessible from the living and dining room. A parking space is available.

The landlords live on the first floor.
