Wenn Probleme auftauchen, kann man den Vermieter auch nachts um 22.00 Uhr noch anrufen. Auch dann ist er sehr nett und hilfsbereit :-)

Für unseren Wochendaufenthalt mit 3 Personen in Villingen haben wir mit dem Loft von Familie Broghammer die optimale Wahl getroffen.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr zentral in der Altstadt in unmittelbarer Nähe von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und allerlei Gastronomie gelegen.
Die Räumlichkeiten sind sehr praktisch und optimal eingerichtet. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ist auch zur Selbstverpflegung geeignet.
Bei der Übergabe haben wir den Vermieter
als sehr sympathisch und äußerst zuverlässig kennengelernt.
Wir können die Wohnung ohne Einschränkung absolut empfehlen!

We had a great time in Villingen and the property set the proper tone. It was well laid out perfectly clean and extremely functional. It was only a short walk to the main shopping area. We were fortunate to be there on market day and had a great time picking out our breakfast and lunch from among the produce stalls, cheese trucks and sausage trucks. European living up close and personal. We would recommend this property without hesitation and, should we be in the region again, would stay there again ourselves.

Excellent Apartment, location is very practical (inside the innerstadt). Very comfortable and cozy. We are looking forward to come back again soon!
