- No animals of any kind are allowed in this apartment — this includes pets, emotional support animals (ESA), and service animals, regardless of documentation.
The policy exists to ensure the safety and comfort of future guests, as some individuals may suffer from severe allergies to pet dander or odors.
- No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the unit. Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas only. ($1500 fine for smoking indoors including use of cannabis or marijuana)
- Kindly dispose of trash and recycling in the appropriate bins.
- Please turn off lights, AC, and other appliances when not in use to help conserve energy.
- Check-out time is at 11 AM. Late check-outs may be available upon request but are subject to availability and fees.

Very nice apartment in Marina Del Rey. Everything was perfect in the unit. The hosts were extremely responsive as well and went above and beyond what was expected. I would definitely stay here again when coming back to the area.

Beautiful condo, very well equipped, plus fantastic location. It was very quiet and relaxing during our stay. Loved lounging by the pool but maybe adding some plastic ware for those occasions would be appreciated for ou next visit!

Clean and comfortable. Can be a little loud when there are others using the pool that is below the windows. Overall, had a great stay.
