This unique property has sliding doors that open right on the sand on one of So Cal's most gorgeous beaches. Just a short walk to the Venice boardwalk, restaurants, coffee shops and bike rentals. Enjoy brilliant sunsets, crashing waves and watch for dolphins from the open kitchen, dining room and sunken living area that all look out to the ocean. Relax in the soaking tub in the master bath. The cozy TV room/den offers a queen size pullout sleep sofa. Hardwood floors throughout, indoor garage parking. This area offers exceptional walking and biking paths, surfing, kayaking with the sea lions, and great walkable restaurants. 20 mins from LAX, 15 mis to Santa Monica Pier, 10 mins to Abbott Kinney shopping and fabulous dining.

We had an incredible stay in Marina Del Rey at Marcie's property. Waking up to the ocean every morning was such a treat! We loved that you could see the ocean from the kitchen. Marcie's property had everything that we needed - from a coffee maker, a desk to work from, a bubble bath, fun books and games, every cooking utensil you would need, and a garage (unheard of in rentals in this area!). The beach here seems very quiet and we felt very safe here. Cannot wait to come back next year, would highly highly recommend Marcie's place! 10/10 :)
