About this cottage rental
This Pender Island cottage offers a panoramic ocean view. It is a one bedroom and loft cottage with a fabulous ocean front deck. The resort offers many great amenities including a seasonal pool and hot tub, restaurant, and marina. This oceanfront cottage has a full living room with gas fire place, sofa bed, tv/dvd/cd player, plus wireless internet connection. There is a fully equipped kitchen and dining room with a view of the ocean and full bathroom. The large wooden deck comes complete with a gas barbecue and outdoor furniture, and of course a stunning view.
Cancellation up to 30 days prior to your arrival are refunded, minus the booking fee. Final payment is charged to your card 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations after this date are non-refundable for the full amount of your booking, minus the booking fee. We do our best to ensure reservation arrangements are satisfactory, however, the Property does not accept any liability for any loss financial or otherwise, travel delay, injury, damage, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by any events which are beyond our control. These include, but not limited to, flight delays or cancellations, civil disturbance, defects in vehicles, strikes, theft, acts of terrorism, natural disaster, war, fire, floods, acts of God, acts of Government or of any other authorities, changes to Government regulations, accident to or failure of machinery or equipment, maintenance requirements or industrial action.
If the property is unable to provide the booking due to circumstances beyond their control, (examples include, but are not limited to, Forest Fires, Floods, Government Travel Advisories) then only future stay credits for the amount paid will be issued. No refunds will be given. Future stay credits may be used towards the booking of any property managed by Breakaway Vacations and has a 1 yr expiration date. Early departures will be responsible for each remaining night reserved. All rates quoted are in Canadian Dollars. Second Party Cancellation Policies may differ from this page. If you booked through Expedia, Booking.com, Airbnb, VRBO, or another 3rd party platform please refer to the terms and conditions on that site, or contact the supplier directly.
