Dear guests, enjoy an in-house movie theatre and steam shower at the BEST CENTRAL LOCATION in a 10ft high ceiling unit.
Our place is only 10 minutes from the Airport and 5 minutes from the hospital, and a 5 minute walk to transit straight to downtown Vancouver, where you can enjoy plenty of restaurants, pubs and shopping!
1 Bed 1 theatre suite, en suite laundry, with pet bunnies and cats on premise, if you wish to show them some love. Short walk to the beautiful Oak Park! Free street parking.
The space
We have a custom bunk bed that you won't see anywhere else and probably the biggest teddy you'll ever meet. The bed on the bottom is 6ft8" long, and 5ft high and 3ft4" wide. Top bunk is same length and width and at 4ft7" high from the ceiling our unit has 10ft high ceiling.
Our main feature is our theatre Master bedroom and our steam shower that you don't get anywhere else.
Guest access
Guests are welcome to:
Visit the bunnies and feed them with permission. Access to laundry room
Guests are not to:
Tamper with the boiler room within laundry room.
Electrical panels.
Open or take things out of cabinets without permission besides laundry detergent
Other things to note
We're a busy family of seven, plus a Great Dane-Poodle mix who takes her job of announcing guests very seriously. We also share our space with two free-roaming bunnies and two friendly cats who love to explore. If you sit still with a bit of fruit in your hand, the bunnies will likely hop over to say hello.
