Nous avons apprécié la proximité avec Vulcania et le Puy de Dôme . Nous étions à 8, 2 adultes et nos 6 petits-enfants de 6 à 13 ans. Appartement au 5eme, dans une résidence très calme. Tout était très propre , il ne nous manquait rien. Nous y avons passé 2 jours.
Nous avons également visité rapidement Clermont-Ferrand. Le seul bémol, tous les feux tricolores qui rendent la circulation en véhicule légèrement compliquée.

Lits confortables, spacieux quand on arrive au 4e étage SANS ascenseur. Un des collègue n'a pas pu y aller, trop d'escaliers Par contre il prends une caution et tarde à rembourser
GROS PROBLEME PAS INDIQUE SUR LE DESCRIPTIF: Il y a plus de 70 marches, appartement au 4e étage SANS ascenseur. Il n'est indiqué nulle part, l'hôte a envoyé plus de 5 messages pour faire attention au bruit sans indiquer qu'il fallait monter à pied. De plus on a été réveillé tous les matins à 8h30 par des travaux dans l'appartement en dessous. Poubelle non vidée, pas de sac poubelle, pas de papier toilette, pas de gel douche...
