Appartement bien situé et assez bien aménagé, literies confortables.
2 des plaques de cuisson ne fonctionnaient pas
Très mauvaise isolation (on entend tout ce qui se passe dans l'immeuble et dans la rue) dans une rue très passante - compliqué pour dormir en été quand il fait chaud et que l'appartement n'est pas équipé de ventilateurs
Il mériterait un petit rafraîchissement (moisissures dans la salle de bain par exemple)
