Modern ,comfortable and spacious property. Well equipped. Good location, easy to park. Host responsive to questions.
No information provided at the property about anything - how the facilities in the property work, what to do with rubbish, check out details or anything about local area including emergency details. All of this should have been provided in a folder or similar. It shouldn’t be necessary to ask about such basic things.
There are two ovens - one is a combination microwave/oven and the other is a steam oven. Not sure how many people would be familiar with these but they are not intuitive, we had to google the instruction manuals to understand how to use them.
Check out details were only provided on the morning we were leaving at 9am - not sure what we would have done if we needed to leave earlier.
Previous messages from the property contact were set to auto delete so we had to re-request details as they had vanished.
If a pack of information had been left then the score would have been higher.
