Open floor plan was great. All the little things that were thought of such as, labeling the light switches, well stocked coffee bar, well stocked bathroom amenities, fun game room. Laundry facilities were excellent. Use of garage was good too.
Minor item: a small chair in the master bedroom would be nice.
