La Casetta di Riccardo is a wonderful place. On the first day, we were welcomed by Mrs. Chiara, who had previously provided us with all the necessary information about how to get there. The apartment is beautiful, new, and equipped with everything you need, including little touches like extra coffee for the espresso machine, candles, and a bottle of prosecco in the fridge. The biggest advantage of the apartment are the two terraces with a stunning view of the sea. It’s a perfect place to spend any time of the day. The apartment was clean, and there’s a bus stop very close by, as well as a ferry. It only takes a few minutes to walk to the center of Portovenere. There are no neighbors – complete peace and quiet. Everything looks exactly like in the photos provided by the owners. We’re attaching some of our own pictures as confirmation.

Eine wunderschönes Apartment mit traumhafter Terrasse. Alles top sauber, sehr schön eingerichtet. Kaffee, Wasser, Milch und Prosecco zur Begrüßung.
Super netter, persönlicher Empfang mit Begleitung zu einem günstigen Parkplatz.
Sensationeller Blick in die Bucht. In den Ort 5min zu Fuß.
Besser geht nicht!!

Bellissima esperienza: posizione davvero strategica e perfetta sia per il centro a meno di 200 metri sia per le spiagge, vicinissima anche la navetta per i parcheggi. La casa appena ristrutturata è davvero super accogliente con un ottimo impianto luce di ultima generazione, curatissima e veramente accessoriata: ha qualsiasi accessorio, senza contare acqua e vino di benvenuto, prodotti del bagno (persino la crema corpo). Gli host sono di una gentilezza e disponibilità estrema. Posto del cuore: le terrazze con una vista spettacolare.
