La posizione vicino al mare è la grandezza dell'appartamento,comunque la casa ci è piaciuta perché vicino alla passeggiata lungomare, circa 1/2 km a piedi ma bellissima!!!
La casa ha le pareti sottili ma comunque i vicini accanto tutte le sere grida furibonde e sbattevano cose per terra, specialmente la sera dopo le 22 e soprattutto 3 sere da mezzanotte alle 2/3 impossibile dormire e non si riusciva nemmeno a sentire la tv...Se proprio devo trovare qualcosa che non va....non ci hanno dato le chiavi dell'immondizia fino all'ultimo giorno perciò era tutto sul terrazzo, ma si sono scusati.
Molti gradini prima sull'entrata e due piani senza ascensore, solo per questo abbasserei il prezzo.Bagno senza finestra e senza ventola con gradino trasversale pericoloso, anche se segnalato da un nastro che lo evidenzia, consiglio una pentola grande per fare la pasta, eravamo in 2 ma la casa è da 4/6 persone, molte padelle ma una casseruola piccola e se facevi secondo piatto non avevi dove fare cuocere la pasta.Ho mandato messaggio all'host dicendo queste cose ( causa immondizia) come critica costruttiva.Purtroppo i vicini non si scelgono....

Sehr zweckdienlich eingerichtet. Alles was es braucht. Nichts Zuviel. Scheint ausschliesslich für die Vermietung zu bestehen. Null persönliche Gegenstände. Beste Lage für den Wassersport. Wir sind Paddelsportler:innen. Kayak und Stand-Up-Paddle / SUP. Die knapp 80m bis zum Strand sind ein gutes Argument. Oder die 500m bis zum nächsten Supermarkt, bzw. Die 950m bis ins Zentrum. Auch die Einbindung in den öffentlichen Verkehr ist super. Busse hat es genug. Der Parkplatz - privat - um diese Jahreszeit ist in dem Ort auch eine super Sache. Wir kommen - zwischen Oktober und März - wieder!
Bei Fragen wurden wir online immer innert 1.5 - 3 Stunden effizient bedient.

Casa ristrutturata da poco pertanto essendo tutto nuovo è molto accogliente e ben fornita di tutto il necessario.
