Ground floor: living room with open fireplace and equipped kitchen, bathroom (shower and bathtub) with toilet.
Mezzanine bedroom (made-up, high-quality double bed 180 x 200 cm, separable into two single beds, TV) and adjoining bedroom (made-up single bed 90 x 200 cm, child's bed), separate toilet upstairs.
Office space available for teleworking.
Reception table and gourmet breakfast available (flowers, bottle of wine and water, eggs of the day, Bellême bread and cheese, ham, organic seasonal fruits, Bellême pastries, tea and coffee pods, homemade jams, Les Cadres Noirs Percheron honey): €80 per week or weekend stay.

This former sheepfold is very bright, cozy, and modern, combining old stone and antique floor tiles with vintage decor sourced entirely from the Perche region. A true nature reserve, the six hectares preserve a protected area, a refuge for several animal species such as pheasants, hares, and squirrels. Binoculars are available for your viewing pleasure. You can take walks in the meadows among the Percheron horses if you feel like it, and follow the sunken paths.
The price includes: A welcome basket with local Perche products, a "return table," and a mid-stay cleaning service on Wednesday afternoons for reservations of at least one week.
