About this house rental
In the heart of the Perche natural park, close to characteristic villages and medieval towns (e.g. Mortagne au Perche), this charming country house can accommodate 6 people comfortably. The house has a large well-kept garden and a 10x5 meter swimming pool. On the ground floor we find a large 45m2 living room with a large fireplace; a confortable, perfectly equipped kitchen; a large bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet; and a splendid library with TV and sofa bed. Upstairs, we find two bedrooms with bathroom, complete with toilet and tub/shower. The terrace overlooks the large private park; offers a patio with table and umbrella and the swimming pool. The house is elegantly furnished with authentic details to highlight the typical French atmosphere. WI-FI (ASDL) available
Many pleasant activities, both indoors and outdoors are available. The region offers countless walks or excursions on foot or by bike, including the magnificent "Voie Verte" (Greenway), which passes through the Normandie-Maine regional parks and Perche for about 80 kilometers on the trail of the old Alençon / Condé-sur-Huisne railway. A golf course is also available, 15 kilometers away, while horseback riding is organized in the nearby village. The house is a few kilometers from several medieval villages (Le Perrière, Mortagne au Perche, Bellème, Moutiers). But, above all, the house offers a well-kept garden to enjoy moments of relaxation on the chaises longues, perhaps after a swim in the pool, and interior with large spaces dominated by the living room with a big fireplace for evenings in front of the fire.
Possibility to visit during the day: Paris (160 KM), Mont Saint-Michel (170 km), Deauville-Honfleur 130 km, Chartres (80 KM).

The house and the surroundings were beautiful. The swimming pool was great.
We sometimes had to leave the house because the neighbour was renovating the roof of his house. The owner of the holiday home contacted the neighbour what we appreciate

We had a great holiday here. The house has everything that is needed to enjoy a fantastic holiday with children, and it looks even better than on the picture. We enjoyed the swimming pool, the ping pong table and lot's of other games, the nice garden...and the lovely region. Lot's of nice hiking & biking trails, maybe not the big touristic attractions, but just that made it even more special and relaxing!

Belle propriété au calme, adaptée aux enfants avec le grand jardin. Un point de déception pour nous cependant, avec un abri de piscine non rétractable du fait de sa vétusté. Nous aurions aimé en être avertis.
Grande réactivité des propriétaires à nos questions cependant, et prestations globalement conformes à l’annonce. (Sauf le micro onde absent)
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, un tout petit peu moins enthousiasmant que nous avions imaginé.
