Bed was not properly made, carpets dirty , coffee cup still had lipstick on it and the bathroom was full of previous body hair. - just shocking

No hairdryer in room, found out later I had to contact reception to get a loan of one. Info regarding this should have been visible in the room. Not much use when you’re just out of the shower. The lighting in the room was not bright enough to read by.
Dining room: we booked in and sat waiting for a staff member to take our order. When we managed to catch her eye, she told us we were having a full English,. She’d asked when we booked into the dining room (before we’d even seen a menu) was it full English or continental. We opted for the cooked breakfast, but we didn’t want the whole lot. My husband wanted the full English, but I just wanted 1 egg and 2 hash browns. She had decided not to ask if we wanted a full cooked breakfast or a variation. We finally got it sorted and I went for some orange juice. The area was swimming in what I presume was spilled juice on the floor and the table where the jugs of juice were. Moving over to the cereal area, I lifted 5 bowls before I found one that was clean. The others had dried food stuck to them. Very offputting, and won’t be back.
