Gorgeous one bedroom, patio suite in the heart of Cadboro Bay. Relax in the spacious living room in front of the fireplace, or sit outside on the patio and enjoy the view over the surrounding area. Newly built suite, this will not disappoint. Fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher, spa inspired bathroom with heated floors, generous sized bedroom and washer dryer. Absolutely immaculate and private! Located a block to UVIC and two blocks to the beach and village.
