Campus View Suite's Designer "Suite Escape" looks onto the University of Victoria. This executive level suite has a queen sized bed, a beautiful bathroom with a large walk-in shower (including a rain shower), a gas fireplace, heated tile floors & shared laundry. A lovely custom designed kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, stove & microwave. A separate office area with a desk. Use of a lovely backyard. A peaceful getaway. You simply can't get closer to UVic & very close to Camosun College.
High-end, quality furnishings throughout this private, secure, self-contained living space. Includes a plush queen sized bed in the private bedroom. Heated tile floors throughout. Gas fireplace, TV, Wifi. Suite Escape offers a beautiful custom built kitchen with stainless appliances. In addition, there is a coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle and a full range of kitchen accessories. There is a table and 2 chairs for enjoying your meals. There is also an alcove set up as an office/ study area. There is a laundry room right outside the doorway which is shared with the owners and guests in other suite.
Use of a shared, private, peaceful backyard garden - the owners' pride & joy. Access year-round to a covered gas barbecue nook. Enjoy relaxing with a glass of wine on the patio. During the day be entertained by several varieties of birds feasting at backyard feeders.
If guests have additional requests, we will do our best to accommodate them.
Please note that we have 2 separate suites in our home. Entry for both is via the shared laundry room. We ask our guests to be respectful if arriving late or leaving early to try to minimize the noise as fellow guests may be sleeping.
The sofa in the living room is not intended to serve as an additional bed. We are unable to accommodate pets or smoking in the suite or on the property.

Pros: Delightful suite adjacent to University of Victoria. A gas fireplace warmed the atmosphere (and person after a rainy day out) and the suite was appropriately outfitted, updated, clean and safe with a good security system. Nice bed. Good parking situation and easy access. I reserved the room with a full kitchen but it became unavailable during finalization of the reservation as the person in it extended their stay. That was my only real regret. Good communication from the host on procedures and no interaction needed after check in during my stay. Small things: The bathroom door is a bit close and requires navigation to get to the toilet. I suppose that was necessary to get the full shower in.

The suite was in a perfect location for visiting the UofVic, was well equipped, comfortable and had everything needed for a 13 night stay. Best of all though was the communication from the hosts - well timed, helpful, kind and thoughtful.

Really nice location, well maintained suite with modern look. Hosts left enough coffee for our stay, as well as lots of tea options and a few snack items. Quiet home, one other rental suite in the basement, owner occupied main floor. Off street parking, safe neighbourhood. Laundry was available to use, detergent included. We’ll be back next time we’re in Victoria!
