Das Zimmer ist in einer Wohnung im ersten Stock (Aufzug vorhanden) mit mehreren Zimmern für andere Besucher.
Meins war top sauber und die Wohnung ist fußläufig zur Innenstadt gelegen, mit einem Parkplatz vor dem Haus (kostenfreie Gegend) muss man etwas Glück haben. Der Check in war persönlich und sehr freundlich, danach habe ich niemanden mehr gesehen. Das Bett ist groß und sehr bequem, Bad nagelneu, WiFi top, gibt sogar einen Minikühlschrank
Leider ist das Duschwasser kaum warm genug für eine längere Dusche (Vorlauf bei 45 Grad und fällt schnell unter 35 Grad, hier sollte höher eingestellt werden) und die Wohnung darüber ist nicht schallisoliert, so dass man jeden Schritt hört, oder wenn, wie häufig, Möbel gerückt werden!
Schließlich sollte das Problem 'Frühstück inkl' einfach drin gelöst werden, dass man entweder auf die Aussage verzichtet und den Preis für die Nacht um 6€ senkt. Momentan ist es sehr unschön, denn in der assoziierten (sehr guten!) Konditorei bin ich nicht für sechs Euro ausgestattet worden und war satt

La struttura è in una buona posizione pochi minuti a piedi fuori dalle mura cittadine. Vicino c’è una pasticceria super assortita per la colazione. Ottimo il materasso, molto accoglienti i titolari che ci hanno dato flessibilità per il check in e check out

Struttura nuovissima, pulizia impeccabile e personale gentilissimo. Si sono organizzati per accoglierci all’arrivo dandoci tutte le informazioni di cui avevamo bisogno, e anche fornendoci una descrizione sulla ragione del nome della camera… APPREZZATISSIMO. La struttura, nonostante nella camera siano presenti tutti i servizi necessari e anche dí più (é disponibile anche un bollitore!), dispone di una sala comune con a disposizione un comodissima macchina del caffè che noi abbiamo utilizzato molto volentieri! La struttura è anche consigliata per la sua vicinanza al centro di Lucca, in pochi minuti di cammino si è dentro le mura.
