The best breakfast in my 3 weeks in Italy.
WiFi was very weak and it was a problem to get any kind of work done.

Beautiful building & views, very comfortable beds and bedrooms clean.
The advertised hot tub is actually a jacuzzi bath and it sadly hadn’t been maintained, it churned out black scale and debris & took 40 minutes to fill to the jets. The water pressure was very low for the duration of our stay.
Due to the lack of water pressure the shower was also a dribble most of the time.
Breakfast was limited. There were two menus to eat in the restaurant of an evening. One menu was for residents and another menu for restaurant guests. We asked to choose off of the menu offered to restaurant guests and were told no.

The villa is more beautiful than in the photos, if you believe … It’s a real jewellery, full of paintings and chandeliers. The room was very nice and clean. We just loved our stay in here, thanks to the great staff.
