Stil, Lage, Aussicht, Größe und Privatatmosphäre des Appartements sind einmalig und toll. Wohnen unter Einheimischen und direkter Zugang zum Meer, Stadt, Strand, Berg, Spazierengehen, Radfahren etc. Eigene Garage sehr klein, aber absolut nötig und wichtig.

Details der Ausstattung sind ergänzungsbedürftig, aber wirklich Kleinigkeiten. Z.B. Als Weinliebhaber hat man seinen Korkenzieher dabei und guter Wein schmeckt auch aus einem Wasserglas.
