I liked the spaciousness and the choice of bedroom options
I was frustrated to find that having specifically booked accommodation that included pool access, the pool remained unopened for the duration of my 48-hour stay.
I had minimal downtime between conferences and had elected to stay in Austin, as opposed to London and enjoy the favourable weather, had I have known the pool would not be available, at all, I would have chosen alternative accommodation or even come back to London.
As it transpired, I spent 48 very hot hours away from home with zero ability to enjoy the heat.
I'm disappointed in the extreme.
Checking in was delayed as the apartment was still being cleaned, something I would have been completely fine with, had I not been repeatedly ignored by the cleaner after knocking on the door multiple times. I was left stranded with my bags, too many to carry alone, in 35°c on the doorstep.
The apartment was fairly sparsely furnished, which is to be expected, the smell of weed, not so much.
It has the makings of a great accommodation option but it was let down significantly by the above.
I'm not after money off or back, just wanted to let you know how it landed.
