About this house rental

New modern style condo where Roy Guerrero Metropolitan Park Plaza and Colorado River meet in East Austin. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath with loft is a great getaway space for family, a group of friends or someone in town for business. Enjoy a beautiful view of Downtown Austin skyline from your own private balcony - evening sunsets are amazing!

We have fast wifi connection, full access to a washer and dryer, two 65" 4k TVs, and last but not least, coffee!

We are within easy access to Downtown/Rainey St/South Congress (4.5 miles), Airport (5.4 miles), Circuit of Americas (10 miles), UT Austin (6.5 miles), Convention Center (4.6 miles).

We loved the location with great hiking trails and an excellent view of Austin skyline. We had some trouble with check-in (wrong wi-fi ID / PW). We had low pressure in upstairs bath on Friday AM & lost hot water completely on Sat AM (tankless water heater failure). We got to visit with all eight (8) of our kids across the holiday weekend so mission accomplished.
